OUR LEAP MANIFEST(0)
LEAP is essentially a collective of Theatre artists at the top of their field who have the unique ability to not only facilitate the work of young people, but to provide them with a safe space to express themselves and unearth their creative potential.
Everyone who is part of our creative team wants to co-create and be inspired by young people - we take their passions, dreams for the future and artistic skills to make a unique piece of theatre that speaks to the world.
Collaborating in this way with our Leading Edge Creative Team allows young people to feel inspired and realise they can achieve their dreams, speak their truth and express themselves authentically in life.
LEAP’s mission is to create an encouraging atmosphere for the younger generation to realise their power as creative beings, and cultivate a sense bravery and compassion to carry out into the world.
We believe that everyone is an artist. We believe everyone has the right to be heard. It is those two beliefs that are the foundation of our work. We have discovered the magic that happens when you provide the younger generation with that creative space.
This is a completely different experience to what most people expect from a traditional theatre workshop. For our young participants LEAP is a powerful space to create, be free, be excepted and find their voice as artists through inspired action.
"Through the medium of expressive arts it is our mission to create a safe space for young people to share their gifts with the world. Led by our diverse team of Leading Edge Creatives from all over the world."

We define a 'safe space' as a space where :
● It is safe to be who you are, regardless of race, class, religion, country of origin, immigration status, (dis)ability, age, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
● Diverse opinions, and discussion are not only tolerated, but invited.
● Active listening and courageous exchange are fundamental values.
● Collective action, activism, and community engagement, both within and outside the walls of theatre and the arts, are cultivated, encouraged, and supported.
"We welcome all abilities and create an all inclusive atmosphere dedicated to empowering young people to with the space to evolve, unfold, and share their truth with the world."
- Zachary Morris, Creator and Artistic Director
