INTENSIVES
Our intensive programs are offered internationally throughout the year and are led by an exceptional collective of respected artists. The programs range from week-long, day-long, and even 3-hour-long experiences where we explore and make work together. They are anchored by process-based exploration of the core disciplines of theater, voice, dance, and spoken word. We also explore visual art, songwriting, composing music video production, improvisation, photo/videography, and crafts. The outcome might be a film, a musical, a play, an art installation, an album, a gig, a drag show, or something we can't imagine yet because it is made and co-created by the participants in the room.
LEAP embraces everyone’s creative talents, from musical theatre to art. What excites me the most about the work we do at LEAP is that everyone is included, and each individual talent and ability is utilised to create the pieces we put together. To me, being on the Leading Edge means believing I can achieve what I initially did not imagine. I push myself to take the leap, because I am confident within myself. At LEAP, anything is possible

Leaping Together : 2020 is an innovative new way to experience our signature LEAP intensives. Developed in response to the COVID-19 crisis and inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement, we bring you the most exciting leap experience’s yet.
We will be splitting a 4 day workshop over 5th & 6th September and 10th & 11th October. You can do both of these weekends or just one. At the end of the weekend in October we will generate a final piece of work to share, incorporating the work created over the span of both weekends featuring all our participants across the globe.

DAILY MASTERCLASSES
In addition to our core team of facilitators, each day will feature a new and exciting guest teaching artist who will teach an exclusive hour-long class.
FINAL SHARING
The week will culminate in a professionally edited video of the work we create - featuring ALL LEAP participants (work does NOT have to include being on camera AT ANY TIME). Time will be dedicated everyday to rehearsing and capturing the footage that will make its way into the final creation, which we will be proud to broadcast at the end of the program.
PRIVATE COACHING OPPORTUNITIES
Participants will have the opportunity, for an additional fee, to sign up for private 30 or 60 min coaching sessions with our facilitators and guest teaching artists, based on availability.
