“LEAP were an absolute privilege and pleasure to work with. The quality of the workshop content and the performance work the participants were able to achieve across the 4 days, demonstrated some of the best work we had ever seen as a venue. Zach and Becky’s professionalism and nurturing approach to every young person involved was a joy to watch!”

Join the Leading Edge Arts Project (LEAP) for this hilarious, unforgettable and creative course for 10 - 16-year-olds. During the week you will work alongside West End Actors focusing on physical theatre, comedy and slapstick.
Inspired by the award-winning West End hit The Play That Goes Wrong, you will learn how to fall properly, how to use your face and body for comic effect and how to make your audience weep with laughter in this joyful, physical and infectiously silly 4 day course that includes a group visit to the matinee performance of The Play That Goes Wrong on Thursday, and a special visit from a member of the cast.
Journey with us into the ridiculous this summer as we co-create an immersive piece of theatre devised around the unique skills and talents of our young cast and reinvent the show-stopping number The Room Where it Happens from the West End and Broadway hit Hamilton!
LEAP uses professional actor/facilitators with extensive theatre credits from the Royal Shakespeare Company, National Theatre, the West End and Broadway. But crucially, LEAP creatives also have a wealth of experience working and facilitating the work of young people. It is LEAP's mission to create a safe space for the younger generation to be creative, experience acceptance, and authenticity without judgment.
